Humangevity Health
Terms of Service
Last updated September 30, 2026 · Pending legal review
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at https://longevityhealthcare.com (the "Website"), which is operated by Humangevity Health, Inc. (also doing business as Longevity Healthcare), Peter J. Muran, M.D. ("Humangevity Health," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms also apply to our website forms, our website chat assistant, and our text message program.
By continuing to use this Website, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Website.
The Website Is Not Medical Advice
The content on the Website, including text, images, videos, and articles, is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified health care provider with any questions you have about a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read on the Website.
Information on the Website is general, may not reflect the most current medical developments, and may change without notice. Not every service is right for every person, and all services are subject to an evaluation by a licensed clinician and a determination of medical appropriateness. Individual results vary, and nothing on the Website is a promise or guarantee of any particular outcome.
No Doctor–Patient Relationship
Using the Website, submitting a form, using the chat assistant, speaking with our automated phone assistant, or exchanging emails or text messages with us does not create a doctor–patient relationship. A doctor–patient relationship begins only after you have been evaluated by one of our licensed clinicians and accepted for care.
Medical Emergencies
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. Do not use the Website, our forms, the chat assistant, email, or text messages for emergencies or urgent medical needs. These channels are not monitored at all times, and messages may not be reviewed until our next business day.
Privacy and Your Health Information
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through the Website and our communications. Information in your patient medical record is Protected Health Information governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices. Our website forms and chat assistant are not intended to collect medical information, so please do not submit medical details through the Website.
Website Chat Assistant
The chat feature on the Website is an automated assistant. It is not a doctor, nurse, or other clinician, and it is not a live person. Its only purpose is to collect your contact details so that a member of our team can follow up with you. The chat assistant does not give medical advice, diagnose conditions, or recommend treatment, and nothing it says should be relied on as medical advice. Please do not enter medical information into the chat. Information you provide through the chat is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Calls, Communications Consent, and AI Voice Technology
Our website contact forms include a consent checkbox that must be checked to send the form. When you check the box, you agree that Humangevity Health (and its authorized partners) may reach you at the phone number and email address you provide by voice call (both artificial/AI and live/personal, including automated and prerecorded calls), SMS/text message, and email about future patient appointments (including verifications, confirmations, and reminders) and other communications, including marketing. You confirm that the phone number and email address you provide belong to you (or that you are authorized to use them), and you agree to tell us if your phone number changes.
We may use AI, artificial-voice, and automated systems for both incoming and outgoing communications. When you call us, you may be greeted or assisted by an AI or automated voice assistant. Where permitted by law, and with notice at the start of the call, calls may be recorded and/or transcribed for quality and record-keeping purposes. When we contact you, we may use AI/artificial, automated, or prerecorded voice calls and automated text messages, as permitted by your consent and applicable law. Our AI and automated assistants are not clinicians and do not provide medical advice, and you may ask for a member of our team to follow up with you.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving treatment. You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message, telling us during a call, emailing [email protected], or calling (949) 899-5377. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Intellectual Property
The Website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and the selection and arrangement of that content, are owned by or licensed to Humangevity Health and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view and use the Website for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, create derivative works from, or otherwise use Website content without our prior written permission, except as allowed by law. You may not remove or alter any copyright or other proprietary notices. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
Third-Party Links and Content
The Website may contain links to third-party websites and may include content provided by third parties, such as an embedded map. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites or content, including their accuracy, availability, or privacy practices. A link does not mean we endorse the linked website. Your use of third-party websites is governed by their own terms and policies.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that its content is accurate, complete, or current. The Website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies, and we may change it at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Humangevity Health and its physicians, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Website, its content, or the chat assistant, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you. If you are dissatisfied with the Website or these Terms, your sole remedy is to stop using the Website.
These Terms govern your use of the Website only. Medical care you receive from us is governed by separate patient agreements and consents and by applicable law, and nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a patient under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Humangevity Health and its physicians, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Website, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to the Website and These Terms
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page and change the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Website after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

Electronic communications. When you visit the Website or send us an email, you are communicating with us electronically. You agree that notices and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Termination of access. We may restrict or end your access to the Website at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
Severability and waiver. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
