Use this page to ask Humangevity Health, Inc. (also doing business as Longevity Healthcare), Peter J. Muran, M.D. to delete or limit the personal information we hold from our website and marketing communications. You may ask us to:
- delete the contact information you gave us through our website, chat assistant, or marketing communications;
- stop text messages, calls, and/or emails from us (you can also reply STOP to any text message); and
- stop sharing your information for advertising (you can also decline non-essential cookies on our cookie banner).
What we may need to keep. Medical records are retained as required by California law and cannot be deleted through this form. We may also keep information we need to meet legal obligations, and a minimal suppression record (such as your phone number or email address and your opt-out choice) so that we continue to honor your request.
Verification and timing. To protect your privacy, we verify requests by matching the information you provide with what we have on file, and we may contact you to confirm. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days.
