Returns

  • We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our team at info@lhcmed.com or (949) 899-5377 with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item(s).
  • Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment once the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect on your account after approval.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Customized items
  • Supplements
  • Products marked as final sale
