Subscription Policy

At Longevity Healthcare, we offer convenient subscription options for both our products and membership services, designed to support your ongoing health and wellness journey without interruption.

Product Subscriptions

  • When you subscribe to a product, you’ll receive automatic deliveries based on the frequency you select (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days).
  • Your payment method will be automatically charged on the date your subscription order is processed.
  • You will receive a confirmation email prior to each billing and shipment to keep you informed.
  • You may modify, pause, or cancel your product subscription at any time through your customer portal. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming order.

Membership Subscriptions

  • Monthly memberships are billed automatically on a recurring basis, on the same day each month based on your original enrollment date.
  • Your membership gives you access to exclusive services, priority scheduling, and member-only benefits, based on the membership tier selected.
  • Membership billing will continue until you choose to cancel.
  • Membership cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 7 business days prior to your next billing cycle to avoid charges for the following month.
  • Please note: Membership benefits are non-transferable and unused services within a membership cycle do not roll over unless otherwise stated.

Managing Your Subscription

You can easily manage your product and membership subscriptions, including updating payment methods, pausing deliveries, or canceling, through our Customer Support Team by calling 949.899.5377.

Subscription Returns

  • Subscription products follow the same return guidelines as individual purchases. (Please refer to our Return Policy.)
  • Memberships are non-refundable once the monthly billing cycle has begun.
