Absolutely. You can upgrade from Optimize to Premier at any time to unlock more benefits. Just let our front desk team know, and we'll adjust your plan for the next billing cycle.

Our memberships are designed for flexibility. While we recommend a 6-month commitment to see true physiological changes, you can cancel with 30 days' notice. Annual pre-paid memberships are non-refundable but offer the best value.

Many of our services and the medical components of memberships may be eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement. We can provide you with a detailed superbill to submit to your provider. We recommend checking with your specific plan administrator first.

Unused services roll over for one month. We want to ensure you get the value you paid for, even if life gets busy.
